About Chapters TBR

Hi, I’m Jennifer, the founder of Chapters TBR! Latina Mom of teenagers. As a fellow book lover (and Kindle enthusiast), I noticed there were a lot of options for the bookish community, but something still felt missing. So, I created Chapters TBR to offer a space where you can find cute, stylish accessories and merch for your Kindle—because every book lover deserves to accessorize their reading experience!

Where Are We Located?

Chapters TBR is based in sunny Orlando, Florida, right near the magic of Disney World! (You can catch us in the area 2-3 times a week, too!) While we operate out of Orlando, our warehouse is nearby in Kissimmee, FL (which some folks consider practically the same place). 

Will You Offer Cases for Other eReaders in the Future?

Yes! While we currently offer cases for select Kindle models (including Kindle Basic, Kindle Paperwhite, and Kindle ColorSoft), I’m working to expand to cases for other eReaders soon. If there’s a specific size or brand you’d like to see in the shop, let me know!

Do Your Cases Have Magnets to Stay Closed?

At the moment no but we're working on some cases that will be offer in the near future. The product description will specify if a case includes a magnet.

Do Your Cases Have the Auto Wake/Sleep Feature?

Yes! All our Kindle cases are designed with the auto wake/sleep feature, meaning your device will automatically wake up when the case is opened and sleep when the cover is closed.

How Often Do You Launch New Designs?

We aim to launch new designs every quarter. Be sure to follow us on social media to stay up to date on all our launch dates and product updates!

Are Your Kindle Cases Water-Resistant?

Yes, our cases are water-resistant but not waterproof, so please don’t submerge them in water. Also, avoid exposing the case to oils from perfumes, sunscreen, or lotions, as these can damage the design. Chapters TBR is not responsible for any damage caused by these substances.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping within the U.S.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order is shipped from our Kissimmee warehouse, USPS Ground shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on where you are in the U.S.

Do You Ship Outside of the U.S.?

Yes, I do offer international shipping. At checkout, you'll be able to choose from a variety of shipping options based on your location.

Can I Cancel or Change the Shipping Information After My Purchase?

To cancel or modify your order, please contact me within 16 hours of purchase. After 16 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

If an order is not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, I cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement.

We are unable to modify your billing address or payment method once an order is placed.

My Package Shows as Delivered, but It’s Not Here. What Do I Do?

Sometimes, shipping vendors mark packages as delivered a day or two before they actually arrive. If your package hasn’t arrived within three days of being marked delivered, please email me at hello@chapterstbr.com, and I’ll assist you.

What If I Ordered the Wrong Size?

No worries! If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange the item for the correct size or receive in-store credit (no refunds). Just email us at hello@chapterstbr.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange, and we’ll take care of it.

How Do I Find Size Information for My Kindle Case?

Finding the right size for your Kindle can be tricky, but we’re here to help! To check your device's information:

  1. Swipe down from the top of your Kindle and select All Settings.
  2. Tap Device Options.
  3. Select Device Info.
  4. A pop-up will display your device’s serial number and firmware version.

What Do I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@chapterstbr.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll make it right for you!

How Long Does It Take to Get an Email Response?

I handle everything myself, so I’ll do my best to respond to your email within 24-48 hours during the business week (Monday to Friday).

How Often Do You Restock?

If a style or size is sold out, it’s usually unlikely to restock since many of our designs are limited edition. However, we do restock popular designs from time to time.

How Do I Find Out When a Specific Style Will Restock?

You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page of the item you’re interested in. Choose either an email or text reminder to be notified when it’s back in stock.

Are You Looking for Artists to Collaborate With?

Yes, we’re always open to working with talented artists! If your work fits with Chapters’ aesthetic, we’d love to talk. Please email us at hello@chapterstbr.com to discuss potential collaborations.

Do You Offer Wholesale?
